Beyond radio, HOT 97 is a multimedia brand producing major events, digital content, live performances, and industry-defining experiences like Summer Jam—one of the most recognized hip-hop concerts globally.
Diana joined HOT 97 as a Senior Digital Designer, creating high-impact visuals across web, social, and large-scale displays before being promoted to Creative Director. In this role, she led the station’s overall visual direction—developing cohesive brand systems, overseeing cross-platform creative production, and ensuring every touchpoint reflected HOT 97’s energy, authenticity, and cultural influence.
